Southern Lao Provinces congratulate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam

On the occasion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Dak Lak Province has received congratulatory letters and messages from several foreign localities with long-standing cooperative and friendly relations. These messages demonstrate their interest, support, and confidence in the leadership and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The provinces of Southern Laos (Champasak, Salavan, Attapeu, and Sekong) sent messages wishing the 14th Congress great success. They affirmed that the Congress is a milestone of historical significance, ushering in a new era of development for Vietnam under the Party’s leadership.

Lao local leaders expressed their firm belief that Vietnam will continue to achieve great feats, ensuring rapid and sustainable development while enhancing its role and stature in the international arena. They also emphasized their determination to work with Dak Lak Province and other Vietnamese localities to preserve and nurture the "great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation" between Vietnam and Laos, making this strategic bond deeper, more effective, and more sustainable.
