Trade Connection and Export Consulting Conference for the Chinese Market

On the afternoon of December 22, the Dak Lak Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion hosted a conference dedicated to trade connectivity and export consulting for the Chinese market. This initiative is a key component of the trade promotion series within the Fair-Exhibition of Typical Rural Industrial Products and OCOP Products, held in conjunction with the 2025 Central Highlands Culinary Festival in Buon Ma Thuot.

The event was attended by leaders from the Department of Industry and Trade, specialized trade promotion units, and expert consultants from IMEX NEWS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hanoi), alongside 30 manufacturing and distribution enterprises from within and outside the province.

The conference served as a strategic forum for enterprises and cooperatives to exchange information, showcase production capacities, and introduce typical local products. It provided a platform for provincial businesses to gain deep insights into market trends, regulatory requirements, and export protocols for China. By accessing specialized consulting, local firms aim to enhance their competitiveness and expand their reach toward stable, sustainable, and effective official-channel exports.

During the discussions, representatives highlighted that while China remains a vast market with diverse demands and a vital trade partner for Vietnam, it is becoming increasingly imposing stringent requirements regarding quality standards. The market now imposes stringent requirements regarding quality standards, food safety, and traceability. Consequently, providing in-depth information and facilitating direct links between businesses and consulting experts is essential for navigating official export procedures.  

Businesses exchanged information and solutions to support Dak Lak enterprises in penetrating the Chinese market.

The session concluded with representatives introducing their flagship products and sharing practical experiences in trade promotion. Participants also outlined future cooperation frameworks to support Dak Lak enterprises in successfully penetrating and maintaining a foothold in the Chinese market.
