Dak Lak Department of Construction signs MoU with China Pacific Construction Group

On the morning of April 23, the Dak Lak Department of Construction held a ceremony to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in construction and infrastructure development with the China Pacific Construction Group (CPCG).

Attending the ceremony on the Dak Lak provincial side were Mr. Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, Director of the Dak Lak Department of Construction; together with leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

On the side of the Chinese partner, participants included Mr. Yan Jiehe, Founder of Pacific Construction Group, Atlantic Group and Susun Group, Chairman of the Council of the Zhuangyan Research Institute, along with representatives of leadership from member companies under the Group.

At the ceremony, in the presence of leaders from both sides, Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, Director of Dak Lak Department of Construction and Ms. Zuo Fan, Member of the Board of Directors of SuSun Group, Regional General Director and Chairwoman of Yunfan Construction Board, representing the CPCG, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation in promoting investment, facilitating information exchange, and strengthening the sharing of expertise in the development of transport infrastructure, industrial zones, and urban areas in Dak Lak province. Both sides will also coordinate closely in investment promotion activities in the construction sector, with a particular focus on key transport infrastructure projects.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Dinh Huy emphasized that the signing of the MoU marks an important starting point, laying a solid foundation for more effective and substantive cooperation between the two sides in the coming period.

He affirmed that the Dak Lak Department of Construction will continue to create favorable conditions for enterprises to explore investment opportunities in Dak Lak province, while maintaining close coordination in the implementation of mutually agreed cooperation activities. All procedures will be carried out in full compliance with applicable legal regulations, ensuring transparency, openness, and efficiency.
