Dak Lak PPC Chairman meets Investors on Proposed Tourism-Resort Complex Project

On the morning of May 21, Mr. Do Huu Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC)  held a meeting with CenGeo New Energy FZ-LLC to discuss the company’s proposal to invest in the Vung Ro Bay Tourism and Resort Complex Project.

 At the meeting, representatives of CenGeo New Energy FZ-LLC stated that the company had conducted research and expressed interest in investing in the Vung Ro Bay tourism and resort complex project, which is planned to include villas, tourist apartments, hotel complexes, and other high-end entertainment and resort services.

The company also presented its project development plan, along with reports on the capacity and experience of its partner investors. In addition, the parties discussed key implementation steps for the next phase to ensure the project proceeds on schedule and achieves optimal efficiency.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Huu Huy acknowledged the company’s proposal and emphasized that Dak Lak province always welcomes investors who are interested in researching and proposing major projects in the locality.

Chairman Do Huu Huy noted that Dak Lak province prioritizes attracting investors with strong financial capacity, proven experience, and a long-term commitment, contributing to the province’s double-digit growth targets and sustainable development goals. At the same time, the province also sets high standards for investors. Accordingly, enterprises that have approached or received investment approval in principle are required to commit to specific implementation timelines and ensure projects are carried out in a substantive and effective manner.

Given the large scale of the proposed project and its involvement in numerous technical and legal aspects, Chairman Do Huu Huy requested the investor to further clarify the cooperative relationship among participating enterprises, as well as provide additional evidence of financial capability and experience to ensure the project’s feasibility and effective implementation, thereby contributing to the province’s socio-economic development in the coming years.
