On the morning of April 23, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), received a delegation led by Mr. Yan Jiehe, Founder of Pacific Construction Group to discuss investment cooperation opportunities in the province.
The Pacific Construction Group is one of China's leading construction and investment enterprises. It is carrying out large-scale projects in Vietnam and is seeking to expand its presence in localities including Dak Lak, focusing on infrastructure construction, operation and management.

At the meeting, Mr. Yan Jiehe said the company seeks to work with Dak Lak as both investor and general contractor, while also taking responsibility for long-term operation, maintenance and quality management of infrastructure projects. He said the group would ensure progress and quality if given favorable conditions.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Do Huu Huy highly appreciated Pacific Construction Group’s interest in the province’s infrastructure sector. He noted that Dak Lak is prioritizing infrastructure investment, including transport, urban development and industrial parks, to support socio-economic growth.

He added that provincial authorities would review the proposals in line with planning, development orientation and legal regulations, and would facilitate investment opportunities in the locality.
