I.  GENERAL INFORMATION

The Provincial People's Committee Office is a specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee, serving as the advisory, assisting body, and providing support for the operations of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

II. FUNCTIONS, TASKS

1. The Provincial People's Committee Office has the function of advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in:

Formulating programs and work plans of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; controlling administrative procedures; organizing and implementing the one-stop and inter-agency one-stop mechanism in the settlement of administrative procedures within the provincial authority; organizing, managing, and disseminating official information on the activities of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; serving as the focal point for the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, connecting and operating the electronic administrative information systems to serve the leadership, direction and administration of the People's Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; managing the Official Gazette; providing support for the general activities of the Provincial People's Committee; assisting the Chairman and Vice Chairpersons of the Provincial People's Committee in performing their assigned tasks and powers; and managing the Office's internal administration.

2. Performing state management of local external affairs, including national border and territorial affairs; and providing public services within the scope of state management in the field of external relations.

3. The Office of the Provincial People’s Committee has legal entity status, its own seal, and bank account.
