On the morning of November 26, Deputy Prime Minister, Standing Deputy Head of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee Tran Hong Ha chaired an online meeting with ministries, sectors and six localities including Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong to implement solutions to respond to Typhoon No. 15 (international name KOTO).
